Over the weekend I had the pleasure of es-
corting my friend Ron Carr and my line suppli-
er Mr. Iuchi from Japan on a fishing outing to
the Allegheny River. Mr. Iuchi is on a multi-day
business trip to the states, including a stop at
Gamma Line shop. The smallmouth fishing for
the big boys was a bit off, but Mr. Iuchi caught

numerous small bass in the Oil City pool.

Finally, after moving upstream in the afternoon,
we got into some decent size fish. Over 30 smal-

lies caught—all on tubes from Mike’s Custom
Baits. Always great when you can show your sup-
plier how locally made fishing lures in combina-
tion with Gamma Line produces lots of bass.
