January 18, NW PA Fishing Report
El Nino weather pattern carried mild weather along with open water fishing opportunities into early January, but winter has finally arrived. Smaller NW PA lakes are just this week achieving a safe thickness of ice for ice fishing. Larger lakes remain unsafe but prime ice fishing on these waters is just around the corner.
