April 9, NW PA Fishing Report
Here in Pennsylvania, we are still able to fish through the Governor’s Stay-at-Home order since fishing is viewed as an approved outdoor activity and chance to gather food. But there are guidelines anglers are expected to follow; details in this Report. It’s a good thing we can fish because the spring bite is in full blossom in NW PA.
