August 25 NW PA Fishing Report

Late summer has turned into an unseasonable heat wave. Stormy weather has upset the walleye fishing on Erie in the short run, but it should come back in a few days. Only a few anglers feel like going out on the water during mid-day. The only species that seem to be digging this weather are catfish. Until things cool down a bit, reports from the field are going to be a bit sketchy. Stay cool!
