PA Great Lakes Region tourism says rain and cloudy weather cannot dampen anglers’ desire to fish in NW Pennsylvania. Although rivers, creeks and flood control reservoirs are high and muddy, anglers are still catching a variety of fish. The region’s natural lakes are only slightly high.
