March 13, NW PA Fishing Report
As winter wanes, anglers anxiously look forward to the start of the open water season. In the meantime, ice fishing equipment is being cleaned and stored until next winter, while fresh Gamma Line is being spool on reels in anticipation of soon to be open water. It will not be long before ice-out crappies are biting in mud bays on inland lakes and spawning perch cover the shallow flats at Presque Isle Bay. Get ready!
