Bill Logan (Enterprise); filed 9-8: I fished on Sept 6 and took six bass ranging to 17 inches, plus a
walleye – on a variety of lures. My friend threw a big Zoom Fluke and had hits from very small
bass; several were hooked on the 4/0 hook – amazing!
Pete Cartwright @ SmalliesontheYough.com; filed 9-4: Another great day on the Allegheny Riv-
er. I caught most of these fish on 412ubes. I use 8 lb. Gamma Edge Line over the rock covered
bottom, clear water of the Allegheny. It has great abrasion resistance and is nearly invisible un-
der water. I landed a bunch of 16 to 18 inch smallies along with a couple of 19-inch bronze
beauties. Fish were pretty aggressive with water temp in the mid-60s. (See photos in Livewell
