August 21, NW PA Fishing Report
You cannot call it the dog days of summer when anglers are making record catches of walleyes on Lake Erie, big panfish are being hauled in at Conneaut Lake, smallmouth bass are chewing on the Allegheny River and hybrid stripers & white bass (plus crappies) are busting shad schools on Shenango Lake almost every day. Weather forecast is for more seasonable daytime temperatures, so there are no excuses about excessive heat. Now just get out and go fish!
