Congratulations to the Pymatuning Lake Association for their annual Kids Free Fishing Derby

held this past weekend of August 5 and 6 . With 250 youngsters entered, it was their largest
kids’ contest to date. Fish, Food and Fun for everyone! Event coordinator Celene Brooks did an-
other outstanding job! Fishing with Darl Black was there Saturday morning to spool free Gam-
ma Panfish Line on any spools which needed fresh line. It was fantastic to see a solid organiza-
tion like PLA take a strong interest in the future of fishing by sponsoring this annual event. Be-
low are photos of several participating youngsters.
