           Mike @ CDS; filed 5/20: The word is out – hybrid stripers hitting at
           Lake Arthur and Shenango Lake. Bomber Long A is flying off our
           shelves for stripers and walleyes. One customer caught a 32-inch
           walleye at Arthur last week. Crappies are hitting good at Shenango
           Lake.

           low few days ago by Dam area and the stump area near I-79 - but
           over weekend the reports were 12 to 16 feet down by the Dam.

           Medium fathead minnows have been best bait.

           Bo @ BC Bait Co.; filed 5/19: Wilhelm bite has been heating up
           from Launch 1 down to the Dam. Beautiful crappies are being taken
           on both shorelines in shallow water. White BC Bait Terry Bugs XLs
           and Balltail have been the ticket. For us, the plastic has been
           outfishing live bait at a 5 to 1 ratio. We also did well on largemouth
           bass from the north end of lake. Pymatuning gave up some amazing

           fish on Friday. In a bay with 5 feet of water, we got 23 black crap-
           pies and 2 channel cats on BC Baits. Out biggest crappie was 1.99              Wilhelm crappie.. BC Bait

           Shenango Lake
           Note from John Kolodziejski, Manager at Shenango Lake: “The US
           Army Corps at Engineers at Shenango Lake has increased the 9.9

           horsepower limit section of the lake to a 20-horsepower limit effec-
           tive 24 May 2019. The limited horsepower area begins at the rail-
           road trestle near Parker’s Land Boat Launch and extends to the
           mouth of Pymatuning Creek. This section totals 436 acres at sum-
           mer lake level. This change was made to be consistent with most

           nearby limited horsepower lakes which were converted to 20
           horsepower limit years ago. The increase will improve boater safety as boats are gener-
           ally larger now than when the 9.9 horsepower limit was set decades ago. Shenango Lake

           is a 3,500-surface acre lake. All other unlimited horsepower and slow no wake areas re-
